There’s this guy I keep seeing at everything I go to all the time. He told me he possesses the ability to absorb the psyche and abilities of others through close contact. Then there’s this other guy who wants to drink my blood. So I’ve taken to wearing a fake neck. Which is attached to a fake body, fake feet and a fake head and a fake face so as he digs his fangs into my throat I’m already away.
Bio
Matthew Pang is an artist based in London. Terminal Transfer is his first presentation at Hot Wheels Athens. Pang’s previous solo exhibition fell at Gallery Malmo in Edinburgh, 2021. Within the last two years, Pang has participated in group shows at Le Bourgeois, London, UK; Graham Vunderink Gallery, Pittsfield, USA; Commercial Street, Los Angeles, USA; Federico Vavassori, Milan, IT; and with Claude Balls int. at Maison R&C in Marseille, FR.
