Jesper List Thomsen will be reading from his text in progress “CENTRALE or the area just under the belly, its histories”. Miriam Stoney will read a text that she wrote for the “New Paris” issue of ztscrpt magazine (April 2024) while preparing the exhibition Eckdaten at Brunette Coleman. This text takes the form of a “Suada” – a verbose and uninterrupted flow of speech; a torrent of words. It describes in paradoxical and almost onanistic detail the ideal conditions that both prevent and necessitate writing for the would-be writer, here otherwise occupied.
